Dan’s passionate and energetic approach to servicing each client incorporates the highest standards of excellence and quality. Dan is recognized as a market leader in the Columbus, Ohio commercial real estate market, specializing in the lease and sale of Class A and B office properties. In his role, Dan leads Colliers International’s Central Ohio office investment sale platform and works closely with his local leasing team to ensure that client’s properties are well positioned and stabilized. His Columbus, OH based team specializes in office portfolio and single asset dispositions on a local, regional and national basis as well as local agency leasing for key clients.

Dan has been involved with over 800 commercial real estate transactions valued in excess of $1 billion and accounting for over 5,000,000 SF of Class A and B office space.

Educational and Business Background

Dan began his career in 2008 at Colliers International as a Broker In Training. Over the past 13 years he has elevated to an Executive Vice President and a partner in the firm.

Prior to joining Colliers International, Dan graduated from Ohio University with Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing.
