Stephanie specializes in designing and implementing creative marketing solutions for her team. She creates all marketing collateral to promote properties and assist in new business development as well as client specific plans focused on their objectives and needs. Stephanie is responsible for all promotional and leasing materials, social media platforms, digital marketing activities and event coordination.

Stephanie also manages team business operations and ensures clients have constant communication and up to date information. She uses VTS software to give full transparency to clients, maintains property listing platforms, and provides administrative assistance to her team on a daily basis.

Educational and Business Background

Prior to joining Colliers, Stephanie worked in residential real estate, where she developed, managed and executed marketing strategies for multiple brokerage teams. Her responsibilities included content creation for company and property specific collateral, development and management of company websites, blogs and social media sites, and the generation of marketing activity reports for clients and teams. Stephanie graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Public Relations.
