Dan’s passionate and energetic approach to servicing each client incorporates the highest standards of excellence and quality. Dan is recognized as a market leader in the Columbus, Ohio commercial real estate market, specializing in the lease and sale of Class A and B office properties.
Michelle specializes in office leasing and creating value for both institutional and private investor owners of Class A and B office properties. As a tireless advocate for the team’s portfolio of landlords, Michelle manages client relationships, communicating effectively and efficiently at every step in the deal process.
Client Services Manager
Stephanie specializes in designing and implementing creative marketing solutions for her team. She creates all marketing collateral to promote properties and assist in new business development as well as client specific plans focused on their objectives and needs. Stephanie also manages team business operations and ensures clients have constant communication and up to date information.
Brady focuses on helping his team craft tailored strategies for each client based on their underlying financial objectives. He is closely involved with the process of executing the team’s leasing and sales processes and maintains up to date financial models to help the team constantly advise clients how to maximize value. He is frequently working in platforms such as Argus, rDCF, Smartsheet, and VTS to improve the team’s financial processes.
Starting at Colliers in 2018, Ryan specializes in commercial office leasing, including both landlord and tenant representation in the central Ohio area. Ryan worked as an intern at Colliers | Columbus prior to coming on as a full-time associate. His market knowledge, attention to detail and relentless effort allow Ryan to come up with creative and effective real estate solutions for his clients.
